    Hi – it’s called so many different things! I think its heavy cream. Its
    runny when you buy it, and when you beat it for about 5 minutes, it whips
    up think and you can spoon it or pipe it onto pies and things. You want
    that cream (but don’t ship it, just use it runny form the container).

    think it would be just like using plain cream or milk though and it would
    be runny…
