    Cake pops are sooo much fun to do…especially w/ kids! :) Yours turned out
    very cute! Adding a lil shortening to the Wilton’s candy melts when melting
    makes for a smoother consistency & coating. It’s also less thick/hard, so
    the coating doesn’t shatter when you bite into the cake pop. The only neg
    to adding shortening…more fat/calories. Awesome tutorial & great tip to
    use red velvet w/ cream cheese frosting since it’s not quite as sweet! Tfs
    another lovely vid, hun! :)
